Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish trusting therapeutic relationships with students, providing a confidential and empathetic environment to discuss their thoughts and feelings openly.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs, assisting them in navigating challenges, managing emotions, and achieving personal and academic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support students from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and academic stress. You will work with children and adolescents, tailoring your approach to meet their unique developmental needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients effectively.

• Proficiency in technological platforms necessary for remote counseling, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage documentation and communication efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience working as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor; five years of experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
