Role: Real Estate Associate

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $230,000 – $320,000 plus additional bonuses

A reputable New York real estate firm, ranked among the city's top real estate practices by Chambers USA in 2026 and recognized year after year by Legal 500 and Best Lawyers, including top-tier rankings for real estate litigation. The team acts for owners, developers, lenders and investors on acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing and joint ventures. It is known for high-profile Manhattan developments, strong government and agency relationships, and a leading land use and zoning capability. They are continuing to build out their real estate group through Q4 due to an influx in deal flow.

What You'll Be Doing

Handle a broad range of general commercial real estate matters
Draft and negotiate transaction documents, with a strong emphasis on writing and drafting
Take initiative and manage your own workload with minimal oversight
Work with clients and build your own client relationships
Work alongside the firm's land use, finance and distressed real estate teams on complex, multi-disciplinary deals

What They're Looking For

Mid-level, with 3 to 6 years of general commercial real estate experience
Excellent writing and drafting skills
Strong analytical ability
Initiative and the ability to self-direct
New York bar admission required
